Customer Notice re Covid-19 

In line with the most recent announcements from Government, in relation to the Roadmap for re-opening Society and Business, we have re-opened our Store on Monday 8th June.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our staff and customers and we have implemented a number of procedures and policies across the business.

Within the Showroom:

• Customers are encouraged to make an appointment before visiting the showroom as a maximum of 4 customers/visitors will be permitted access to the showroom at any one time with a maximum of 2 people per visiting party.

• Physical Distancing will be observed at all times in the Showroom.

• All staff, customers and visitors to observe Hand Hygiene Protocols, including the use of hand sanitiser on entry to and exit from the showroom.

• All staff, customers and visitors to observe Respiratory Protocols.

• The use of face-coverings while in the Showroom is recommended and a disposable face-covering will be made available to each customer on entry to the showroom.

• All work areas, as well as frequently touched objects and surfaces, will be cleaned regularly and after each customer visit to the showroom.

• A Contact Log of all visitors to the showroom will be maintained to facilitate contact tracing.
