How it Works

FOUND IT CHEAPER? HERE’S WHAT TO DO.

If you find a lower price elsewhere, please provide the following information so we can verify the offer:

  1. Details of the product and advertised price
  2. The name and address of the retailer
  3. Confirmation that the product includes delivery and installation to a similar standard as our own delivery service

Once we have verified the information, we will do our very best to beat the competitor’s price while maintaining the high standard of service and support that Sienna is known for.

  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer based in Ireland
  • The product must be new and available for order

OUR PRICE PROMISE DOES NOT APPLY TO:

  • Clearance or closing-down sales
  • Auction sites
  • Mail-order catalogues or marketplace listings
  • Liquidation or distressed stock

However, even where these exclusions apply, we will always aim to provide you with the best possible price and service.
