ONLINE SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application (Distance Contracts Only)
1.1 These Terms apply to contracts concluded online, by telephone, email or otherwise at a distance, where the consumer and the Company are not physically present together.
1.2 Orders placed in-store are governed by the Company’s Showroom Terms & Conditions.
1.3 A contract is formed when the Company confirms acceptance of your order and, where applicable, receives the required deposit.
2. Deposits & Payment
2.1 Some products require a deposit at checkout. Production or procurement will not commence until cleared funds are received.
2.2 The balance of payment must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend delivery where payment remains outstanding.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change prior to order confirmation.
3.3 In the event of supplier cost increases prior to dispatch, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only.
4.2 The Company is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control, including supplier or shipping delays.
4.3 Risk passes upon delivery. Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.
5. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
5.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.
5.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).
5.4 If you cancel, we will reimburse payments received, excluding any additional delivery costs beyond standard delivery.
5.5 You must return goods within 14 days of notifying cancellation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.
5.6 Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
6. Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
6.1 The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
6.2 For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel is lost if sealed goods are unsealed after delivery. This includes (but is not limited to):
• Pillows
• Duvets
• Mattress toppers
• Mattress protectors
• Bed linen
6.3 Such items may only be returned if faulty.
7. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
7.1 Many of our furniture items are bespoke or made-to-order.
7.2 Once production has commenced, these items cannot be cancelled.
7.3 This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
8. Specification
8.1 All descriptions, illustrations and dimensions are provided as a guide only.
8.2 Variations in natural materials (including timber, leather, marble and fabric) are inherent characteristics and not defects.
8.3 Dimensions are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance margins.
9. Faulty Goods
9.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer legislation, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
9.2 If goods are faulty, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nothing excludes liability where unlawful.
10.2 Where permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
