Designer Dawn Sweitzer reflects on a journey through the Blue Ridge Mountains, where the landscape unfolded like a layered watercolor painting — soft sky blues, gentle greys, and drifting mist blending across the horizon. As the sun began to set, the scenery transformed into a warmer palette of autumnal tones — sienna, sand, and sepia washing over the sky.
